To load windows programs like Notepad, Paint Brush etc. it is easy and quick way that you should use command lines via Run Command of windows. Press "Windows Button + R" or Click on Start button and then "Run Command". After loading "Run Command" of windows type these command lines in "Run Command" to load windows programs.
