How to convert Microsoft Office documents into PDF file?
PDF stands for Portable Document Format. PDF originally introduced by Macromedia Adobe. Microsoft Word's document is a good document for official documentation. But it has few limitations. For example if you created some documents in your own computer and sent these documents to some one else via email or using any other media but other computer doesn't have installed fonts which you used in your document. In this case Microsoft Word will load document with other fonts so your document's format will change and may be other user lose some lines. If you want to transfer your documents without any problem then first convert your documents into PDF (Portable Document Format) and then send these documents.
